Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions under which ICHIRAGI ("we", "us", or "our") provides its apps and website (the "Service").
These Terms apply to all apps and websites provided by ICHIRAGI. Any additional conditions specific to a given app will be presented within that app.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users in connection with the use of the Service.
By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals who can agree to these Terms on their own judgment and responsibility.
If you are a minor, please use the Service only with the consent of a parent or other legal guardian.
"Asobi Recipe" is designed for parents and caregivers of children aged 0–6 to use together with their children. Where a child may use the app on their own, this should occur under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you must not:
- Violate any applicable law or public order and morals
- Infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests
- Place an excessive load on the Service’s network or systems, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer or otherwise analyze the Service
- Interfere with, or risk interfering with, the operation of the Service
- Cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties
- Provide a benefit to or otherwise act on behalf of antisocial forces, or otherwise violate any law
- Engage in any other conduct that we reasonably consider inappropriate
4. Advertising
The Service may display third-party advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. The content and display of such ads are determined by the advertising provider, and we do not individually guarantee the content of any advertisement.
We are not responsible for any dispute arising between a user and an advertiser or other third party in connection with such advertisements.
5. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the software, design, text, images, and other content included in the Service belong to us or to third parties who have legitimately granted us rights to use them.
You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or otherwise use such content except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service
We may change, add to, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to users.
Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage caused to users as a result.
7. Disclaimer
We make no express or implied warranty that the Service is free of defects in fact or law (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, or bugs, or infringement of rights).
Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage incurred by a user arising from or in connection with the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when we consider it necessary, without individual notice to users. The revised Terms take effect once posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after that point constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
